Anil Kapoor: Now I am more anxious about my children's films

Fit and youthful, actor Anil Kapoor could not imagine himself playing a dad on screen. Even though he is father to three grown up children - actress Sonam Kapoor, producer Rhea and son Harshvardhan, it was tough for him to think of dying his hair grey to play a dad on screen. Anil is playing dad to Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh in the upcoming film, Dil Dhadakne Do.
" I would be honest in admitting that when Zoya first approached me for the role, I was reluctant to play a dad.It wasn't easy for me to think of playing my age. And the fact that I had to dye my hair grey for the character of the family's patriarch, was not really very readily agreeable to me," he laughs. Adding, "But then the role was so fascinating, that I forgot about the age bit and agreed."

For this real life dad, Anil says that between his own films and those of his kids, he is more nervous about their films releases. "Now I am more anxious about my children's films releasing than my own," he admits.
